Suur Munamägi brings two worlds together.

  1. On the [date/unspecified] of July at 18:00, a truly special summer concert, Japan+Haani, will take place at the foot of Suur Munamägi, on the summer terrace of Suur Muna. This is a gift to the local community and to everyone who finds their way to Estonia’s highest peak on this day.

The stage will bring together Japanese musicians Jun Futamata and Kotaro Saito with Estonian singer Anu Taul. Together, they will create something you cannot experience anywhere or at any other time – music born uniquely in this very place, on this very evening.

Entry is by donation. There are no tickets for sale – a donation box will make its way through the hands of those who wish to give from the heart.

The concert is part of the Japan Day in Haanimaa on July 22nd, with a program featuring an origami workshop, a matcha bar, and Japanese tea. The detailed schedule for the day will be announced soon.

The concert is brought to you by the initiative of Haani Loometare, with the combined support of café-resto Suur Muna, the Rõuge Municipality Tourism Foundation, and Rõuge Municipality Community Centres.
