Viitina Karavan is located in the historic Viitina village, right next to the grand manor house in the manor park, bordering the pristine Haanjamaa Nature Park. The caravan site offers six motorhome pitches, two of which are nestled directly on the shores of Lake Viitina — perfect for taking a morning stroll to the water's edge with a fresh cup of coffee.

The site provides everything an authentic traveler needs: electricity and water supply, waste disposal, grey and black water emptying, free Wi-Fi, a stainless-steel grill, and cozy garden furniture. In the manor park, a children's playground with a climbing area awaits, alongside a sandy swimming spot and a dock suitable for little ones. Fishing is also available, and the warm hosts are always happy to help set up a fishing rod. For curious souls, there is a small, inviting wine cellar featuring authentic Pfalz wines.

A stay costs 20 euros per night per caravan, with an additional 0.50 euros/kWh for electricity during the colder season. Pets are always welcome free of charge.

In addition to accommodation, Viitina am See offers motorcycle rentals ("we rent what we ride", livland-adventures.com), guided tours, hiking services, transport, and a chance to enjoy fine wine and art — the hosts proudly call themselves passionate foodies.

In the surrounding area, you will find Suur Munamägi, the highest peak in the Baltic States, complete with its observation tower, Rogosi Manor, the beautiful Rõuge Ööbikuorg (Nightingale Valley), Saunamaa with its authentic smoke saunas, a motorcycle museum boasting over 80 exhibits, and a small telecommunications museum — and, of course, the unique, untouched landscapes of Haanjamaa Nature Park, which directly borders this lovely lakeside property.
