Vaskna Tourism Farm, lovingly built by the host family in Plaksi village, is located between two symbolic landmarks of South-Estonia — Lake Vaskna and Suur Munamägi. It is an authentic countryside retreat offering peaceful holidays, family-friendly accommodation, and beautiful views of the rolling Haanjamaa landscape.
The tourism farm provides a variety of accommodation options for families, couples, and smaller groups. Located directly beside Lake Vaskna, the farm offers opportunities for swimming, boating, or simply enjoying the silence of nature. During winter, visitors can enjoy a sledding hill and an ice-skating area, while ski trails begin right from the farmyard. Guests can also relax in the sauna by the lake — a truly cleansing and restorative experience. All of this is complemented by the charm of traditional farm life: greenery, animals, flowers, and the warm hospitality of the family.
The surrounding area offers excellent opportunities for hiking and walking, including nearby attractions such as Suur Munamägi and the Haanja hiking trails.
What makes Vaskna Tourism Farm special:
a unique location combining the scenic views of Munamägi with direct access to the lake from the farm;
an authentic rural atmosphere where life is slower;
long-standing hospitality suitable for both peaceful holidays and celebrations.
Instead of luxury in the conventional sense, Vaskna Tourism Farm offers something more valuable: time, space, and peace.
