The Communication and Laptop Museum is located in Mustahamba village and was opened on June 10, 2023. The museum, also known as SILAMO, features a collection of several hundred mobile phones, including NMT models, as well as telephones, phone booths, payphones, fax machines, an old switchboard, a 1969 telephone exchange, a mobile communications mast, and advertising signs from Eesti Telefon, Elion, Microlink, EMT, Telekom, and Hallo.

Visitors to the museum can make calls using a rotary dial telephone and send a fax. In addition, guides introduce the historical development of telecommunications.
