The Metsavenna Farm Dairy operates in the village of Vastse-Roosa, just a kilometer and a half before the Estonian-Latvian border, and has been crafting local artisanal cheese since 1999. Under the Uma Mekk quality mark, the farm produces unique cheeses alongside curd, traditional sõir, ghee, butter, and organic raw milk — all made by hand from their very own milk.
