Alaveski Animal Park is a lovingly created home for animals in Saru village in Rõuge Parish. Visitors are welcomed into a diverse animal world ranging from domestic animals to wild species. The park offers an educational and memorable experience for the whole family, highlighting the role of wildlife and nature within our ecosystem. Guided tours provide fascinating facts and stories about the animals’ lives and allow visitors to see them more closely than in the wild.
The park is home to bears, wolves, lynxes, foxes, various domestic animals, pheasants, and many other birds. Altogether, the park has nearly 90 animals and bird species.
Alaveski Animal Park is an ideal destination for family outings, nature education, or simply a peaceful encounter with animals and nature. Visitors of all ages are welcome.
